Create profiles of our consultants in multiple job portals like Zip Recruiter, Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Tech Fetch, Indeed, etc.
Responsible for searching for requirements (using various internet sources and referral techniques), screening and presenting viable candidates based on detailed job descriptions that were received.
Make calls to the preferred vendors to find out whether they are working on any contract positions suitable for our technical consultants.
Follow marketing strategy for best results i.e., market consultants with the highest Rate & find long-term projects
Update resumes regularly & present consultants as a best-fit for client requirement.
Maintain consultants’ personal records, monitor their duration on the project, performance and try to place them before they come on the bench.
Build a positive and flexible relationship with Hot List consultants.
Act as a liaison between vendors and consultants.
Marketing bench resources based on priority
Follow up with the vendors on resume submission.
Coordinate/schedule phone, video and in-person interviews.
Follow up with the vendor/client for interview tips/interview questions.
Extensive follow-up with vendors, extend offers and manage the offer process.
Use BreezyATS-Applicant Tracking System to record daily tasks and process of each candidate
Provide Status-updates to the leadership team
If Bench is low on consultants – work with recruiting team to source candidates for US based projects.
